The program is designed to acknowledge Lincoln’s culture and legacy of developing best-in-class advisors, while functioning as an investment in the growth and retentions of our best advisors. This allows us to build the next generation of advisors leveraging the strengths of our existing experts.
Those who qualify would be semi-experienced person producing between 0-$100,000 in revenue in the last 12 months.
The individual is placed through a number of pre-contract items that are monitored and signed off on upon successful completion. Among these are help with developing the following to accomplish your goals and bring value to the practice you join:
- Marketing plans
- Business plan
- Elevator pitch
- Phone scripts
- Overcoming objections
- Personal budget
Each apprentice is matched with a senior advisor who agrees to a number of items that greatly benefit the new planner.
